When you get a notification that your package has arrived at our U.S. warehouse, simply sign in to your account at seamlessshippers.com, upload your invoice for that package, and we’ll take it from there!
Customs duties are applied to items valued at USD $100.00 or more. Additional charges such as GCT may also apply based on the item's category and value.

Once your package arrives at our U.S. location and your invoice is uploaded, delivery to Jamaica typically takes 3–5 business days with U.S. Air Standard Shipping, or 2–3 business days with U.S. Air Express Shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.
